What we collect
When you request a site visit we collect your name, mobile number, the plot size you are interested in and your preferred visit date. We collect nothing else, and we do not ask for documents, payments or identity numbers on this website.
Why we use it
Only to call you about your visit and to answer your questions about Evermont. We rely on your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form, as required by India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Who sees it
Only the Evermont sales team. We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or other third parties. Your request is stored securely on this website's hosting server and sent to our team by email.
How long we keep it
Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or less if you ask us to delete it.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. It stores two small, temporary flags in your browser's session storage (whether you have seen the opening animation and the pre-launch notice), which are deleted when you close the tab. Fonts are served from this website, not from third parties.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw consent at any time, by replying to any message from our team or by contacting us through the site-visit form. We will act on your request within 30 days.
Pre-launch notice
Evermont is in pre-launch. Prices and plans on this website are indicative. Priority registration is an expression of interest only; allotment, agreements and payments begin after K-RERA registration.
